We need to follow Two Step process to provide ad creation access to the accounts

First Step Process:

1. Login to the Twitter business account (https://business.twitter.com/) of your company and navigate to Ads by clicking on “Start a Campaign” tab at the right hand corner.

2. Click on the second dropdown from the right & click on “Business Settings”.

3. Upon arriving to the page shown below, click on Collaborators dropdown on the left >> Partners & then click “Invite partner” button at the top-right of the screen.

4. Add the Recotap Business ID: bkq1o87qj6yq & click Invite. Once we accepted the invite, you can proceed to the second step.
